A Leeds-based engineering consultancy is looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This role suits either a recent graduate or someone with early post‑graduate experience who wants hands-on exposure across commercial, residential, retail and industrial projects.
You’ll work directly with experienced engineers and technical leads, gaining structured development, real project responsibility and a clear pathway towards professional accreditation.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Carry out structural analysis and prepare calculations across a range of projects
Use industry-standard design and analysis software
Produce technical reports, presentations and supporting documentation
Attend design and site meetings, including occasional overnight stays
Undertake site inspections and support project delivery
Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, contractors and wider design teams
Work to agreed budgets, timelines and project requirements
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
Minimum of 2 years post‑graduate experience (not essential for strong graduates)
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Full UK driving licence
