Key Responsibilities- Graduate Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
• Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Support behaviour and learning across the classroom

What We're Looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

• A graduate with a genuine passion for working with children
• A degree in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
• A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn

• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: £90- £105 per day (depending on experience)
  Hours: Full-time, 8:30am- 3:30pm
