Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets, London

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students across a range of subjects and abilities. Your role will include:

• Supporting learning in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Helping to monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Supporting students with additional needs to access the curriculum
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

About You:
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree (any subject, though core subjects are desirable)
• Has a genuine interest in education and working with young people
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is proactive, reliable, and adaptable
• Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
