With a fantastic culture, a large in-house marketing team and a strong track record of promoting from within, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a business genuinely on the way up.

You'll take ownership of digital marketing across multiple brands, working closely with the Head of E-commerce and wider e-commerce and marketing teams.

You'll:

• Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
• Manage and develop an in-house team of 3
• Own budgets, forecasts and channel performance
• Drive customer acquisition and database growth
• Develop new affiliate and third-party partnerships
• Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal performance
• Constantly look for opportunities to improve results and accelerate growth

• Strong performance marketing background
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills
• Confident stakeholder management
• A motivating and supportive people manager
• Ideally 2-3+ years' relevant digital marketing experience
