Must have’s

• Proven experience in a strategic marketing role within a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing techniques
• Experience delivering campaigns across content, SEO, PPC, email and social
• Ability to translate value propositions into compelling customer messaging
• Confident people manager, with experience coaching and developing teams
• Commercial mindset with the ability to measure performance and outcomes
• Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have’s

• Experience managing and delivering events end to end
• Exposure to sponsorship, partnerships or commercial event funding
• Experience working with or managing brand strategy and positioning
• Previous involvement in market research and competitor analysis
• Familiarity with high?growth or evolving businesses

So, what will you be doing?

• Defining and evolving strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth
• Driving inbound and outbound marketing activity to generate and convert leads
• Building brand awareness and visibility across digital and offline channels
• Owning brand representation, including website presence and communications
• Leading market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Planning, organising and delivering events from concept to execution
• Developing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance events
• Evaluating campaign and event performance to drive continuous improvement
• Identifying and managing potential risks associated with events and delivery
• Line managing and developing the Marketing Executive and Marketing Apprentice
• Providing clear direction, support and development opportunities to your team
