As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Head of Manufacturing to lead the manufacturing department and drive visibility, structure, and performance across everything they build.

The Role:

• Reporting to the Operations Director the Head of Manufacturing is responsible for leading the manufacturing department.
• Ensuring all work is delivered on time, to the correct standard and with full control over labour and materials.
• The focus of the role is visibility, structure, and performance.
• Ensure every job is tracked, every cost is understood, and the department operates efficiently.
• You will also produce the CAD drawings required to support manufacturing and play an active role in the research and development of new products, materials, and processes.
