Head Of Marketing

We are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading global manufacturer and distributor of test measurement solutions and production supplies. With a long-standing success story and a portfolio of specialised products, they proudly support the aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, education, and medical industries. As the company continues to expand, they are looking to onboard a Head of Marketing, to develop, own and execute a brand-new European Marketing strategy.
In the exciting and challenging role, the Head of Marketing will hold responsibilities for supplier marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, and public relations. As part of the Europe Leadership Team, they will report to the VP Europe and directly manage a small team, as well as work with offshore teams. They will bring structure and clarity to all marketing functions and deliver a mixture of digital and traditional marketing techniques.

This is a senior leadership role where strategic vision and execution are essential. The Head of Marketing will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace in a fast‑growth environment. They will be used to working with autonomy and accountability. The successful candidate will come from a senior marketing role and hold at least 5 years’ of experience which covers the full marketing mix within a B2B environment. They will hold proven leadership experience and a good level of gravitas, with technical capabilities in Marketo, CRM, CMS, Shopify and other related tools. A background in electronics, manufacturing or distribution would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
