As our Head of Platform Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of transforming our technical landscape. Your leadership will inspire a talented team of engineers and architects as you:

• Design and implement cutting-edge platform solutions that meet the evolving needs of public services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a strategic technology roadmap.
• Ensure the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability in all platform solutions.

• Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all engineering functions.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in platform architecture, cloud services, and DevOps practises.
• Proven track record in leading engineering teams within the Government and Public Sector.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering impactful solutions for the community.
