We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Health Care Assistants / Support Workers  to work in a Residential Care Home situated in Slough - SL4.

Responsibilities of  Health Care Assistant:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support patients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Monitor and record patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 6 months in a health care setting .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and moving patients.
