As our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Advisor, you’ll help shape Riverford’s future.

Riverford’s range of H&S risks is extensive, reflecting the breadth of our business. For example, we have production facilities, farms, a restaurant, public events, a large fleet of vehicles and numerous delivery hubs across England and Wales. You certainly won’t be bored!

The challenge now is to further develop and embed a fully integrated approach across Health, Safety, Environment, Food Safety and Quality. You will support the continued development, implementation and maintenance of this integrated Management System, ensuring it remains practical, aligned to operational needs and drives continuous improvement. This role is primarily HSE-focused, with integrated FSQ responsibilities, supporting a joined-up approach to compliance and performance.
