Intelligence Recruitment is looking for experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants in Taunton for flexible agency work with established health and social care providers.

We have opportunities for people looking for additional shifts alongside another role, as well as candidates wanting more regular weekly hours.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant is preferred.

Applicants should ideally have:

• Previous UK health or social care experience

• Enhanced DBS, preferably on the Update Service

• Mandatory care training completed within the last 12 months

• Right to work in the UK

• Good communication skills

• A reliable and professional approach

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care requirements would be beneficial.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle may increase the number of shifts available, although this is not essential for every assignment.
