HGV Class 2 Driver – Drainage Vehicles
Location:  West Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:30-16:30
Pay: £135 - £153 per day

Are you looking for a stable, rewarding career with an expanding drainage contractor? Vector is excited to represent our client, who is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their team in West Berkshire on a Highways Drainage contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and operating an HGV Class 2 Vacuum Tanker. Beyond driving, you will collaborate with an operator to maintain the surface water / roadside drainage network.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Working closely with a skilled operative, you will assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 16:00

Pay Rates

• £135.00 - £153.00 per day

Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC
• Streetworks – Signing, Lighting and Guarding
• CSCS
• Previous experience in highways or drainage
• Willing to undertake the physical aspect of the work.
