HGV Class 2 Driver
Grantham | £32,000-£34,000 | Permanent | Immediate Start
HIAB Training Available | Day Deliveries | No On-Call

Looking for a stable, long-term driving role with a major international business?

We're recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver to join a specialist equipment rental operation in their Grantham depot. You'll deliver specialist rental equipment to customer sites, completing 2 - 3 scheduled deliveries per day to business customers.

No long-distance multi-drop (Peterborough to Manchester expected areas) and no on-call rota. This is a straightforward, stable position working with a planned delivery & scheduled role with the backing of a large multinational company.

The Role

• Drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle delivering specialist rental equipment to customer sites.
• Complete approximately 2-3 scheduled deliveries per day.
• Safely load, unload and secure equipment.
• HIAB training, Monday - Friday scheduled day deliveries.
• £32 - 34k + 25+8 Holidays, good benefits

The Person

• Full HGV Class 2, Category C licence.
• HIAB experience advantageous, but training can be provided.
• Good understanding of vehicle safety, load security and road regulations.
• Reliable, customer-focused and comfortable working independently.
