HGV Class 2 RoRo Driver – Waste Management

Croydon

£17.57 per hour PAYE | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts Available

We're recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 RoRo Drivers to join a busy waste management operation based in Croydon.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers with previous Roll-on Roll-off (RoRo) experience looking for consistent work within a well-established operation.

The Role

You will be responsible for the collection, movement and transportation of waste materials using RoRo vehicles across commercial and operational sites.Duties include:

• Operating Class 2 RoRo vehicles safely and efficiently
• Delivering and collecting skips and containers from customer sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring all waste is transported in line with company and environmental regulations
• Navigating urban and commercial routes safely
• Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers and site teams
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times

This is a hands-on role operating within a busy waste and recycling environment.

Shift Details

• Standard hours: 06:00 – 16:00
• Flexibility around hours may be available
• Weekend availability required
• Site operates 7 days per week

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Valid CPC Qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous RoRo driving experience essential
• Good understanding of transport compliance and road safety
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
