Job Description:

Consult2Recruit are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join a well-established waste and recycling business based in Bedminster. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Location: Bedminster
Pay Rate: £16.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 16:30
Job Type: Ongoing Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

The Role

• Operating a Class 2 skip vehicle across the local area.

• Delivering, exchanging, and collecting skips from commercial and residential customers.

• Conducting daily vehicle checks and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

• Working safely and in accordance with company procedures and road transport regulations.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

• Valid CPC Qualification Card.

• Digital Tachograph Card.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• A reliable and professional approach to work.

• Previous skip driving experience is beneficial but not essential.

Full Training Provided
