HGV Technician (Back Shift)

Doncaster
Up to £56,000 per annum
Monday to Friday | 6:00pm – 3:00am
Permanent

Questech Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HGV Technician to join their busy workshop in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a stable Monday to Friday back shift with a competitive annual salary.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete inspections and prepare vehicles for MOT
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with DVSA regulations
• Accurately complete job cards and workshop paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Commercial Vehicle Technician
• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
