HIU Engineer

Monday - Friday - Day Shift - 40 Hours

We’re looking for a hands-on HIU Engineer to join a growing team responsible for maintaining and improving large-scale heating and industrial heating networks.

What you’ll be doing

• Install, commission, service and maintain HIUs and associated heating network equipment.
• Diagnose and repair heating and hot water faults.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Investigate issues with heating, hot water, pressure, flow rates and temperature.
• Undertake hydraulic and system checks where required.
• Work on a range of HIU manufacturers and models.
• Complete repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturers' specifications and company procedures.
• Carry out accurate reporting and documentation of all works undertaken.
• Liaise professionally with residents, customers, managing agents and other stakeholders.
