Position: Home Manager
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Excellent bonuses
Hours: Full Time
 

Career Makers are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to join a well-established care provider in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing home leader to take responsibility for the overall management of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, person-centred support and financial performance.

Responsibilities as a Home Manager:

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the service
• Provide strong leadership to the nursing and care teams
• Maintain compliance with CQC requirements, legislation and regulatory standards
• Lead audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and infection prevention

Requirements as a Home Manager:

• Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, Nursing Home Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior management role
• Experience within a nursing or residential care environment
• Nursing qualification and valid NMC Pin (desirable)
