Main Purpose of Job

As an HR Advisor, you will support a portfolio of clients, providing practical, commercially focused HR and employment law advice across a broad range of people matters. You will build strong relationships with clients, develop a thorough understanding of their businesses and provide proactive support that helps them manage their people effectively.

The role combines HR consultancy with client relationship management, requiring regular client contact both remotely and on-site. You will act as a trusted adviser, delivering high-quality HR support while ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services. You will take ownership of developing strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services.  By understanding client challenges and future plans, you will identify opportunities to provide additional support, projects, training and consultancy solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.


The role requires sound judgement, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment while providing clear, practical, legally compliant and commercially focused HR guidance.
