HR and Systems Administrator – National Charity

Salary: £29,000 per annum pro rata (£20,714 actual)
Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day), Monday to Friday
Location: South West London with a high degree of flexibility available.
Contract: Fixed term until 30 September 2028

About the HR and Systems Administrator

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused HR and Systems Administrator to help deliver an efficient, professional and people-centred HR service across the charity.

This varied role supports the administration of every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee records management, preparing contracts and correspondence, as well as regular HR reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our HR systems, including our HR Information System, Applicant Tracking System and Learning Management System.
