Job Description:

Location: Near Stratford-upon-Avon (Office-based, free on-site parking) Pay Rate: £16.00 – £20.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate

• Urgent 2-month interim cover role.
• Pay range of £16–£20 hourly.
• Hit the ground running immediately.
• Accessible location outside Stratford town centre.

• Coordinate recruitment and fast-track onboarding.
• Advise managers on employee queries.
• Manage day-to-day HR administration efficiently.
• Handle initial stages of employee relations.
• Maintain accurate, compliant staff records.

• Immediate availability for work.
• Strong HR Coordinator/Advisor experience.
• Ability to work completely unsupervised.
• Excellent UK employment law knowledge.
• Confidence using digital HR software.
