People Data Analyst | Fixed Term Contract
Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000
Contract: Fixed Term (37 hours)

We’re working with a large, complex organisation who are looking for a People Data Analyst to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data in a people-focused environment, turning multiple sources of information into clear, meaningful insight that supports better decision-making across the business.

You’ll work closely with HR and wider business stakeholders, bringing together data from a range of systems and translating it into accessible dashboards, reports, and analysis that help teams understand performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analysing workforce and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
• Presenting data in a clear and simple way for non-technical audiences
• Supporting stakeholders to interpret and use data effectively in decision-making
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data quality across reporting outputs
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, including automation and efficiency gains

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a HR Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and/or Excel
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative approach and interest in continuous improvement
