Job Description:

As an HR Lead in Northamptonshire within the industrial and manufacturing sector, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources to ensure the smooth running of the department. From managing recruitment to advising on HR policies, your role will be central to supporting the organisation's workforce and operations.

Description

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate staff training and development programmes to enhance skills and performance.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a professional manner.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Profile

A successful HR Lead should have:

• Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• 5 days on site
• Eligible for Bonus and LTIPs on successful completion of probation.
