Main Purpose of Job:
As a HR Manager, you will manage your own client portfolio, acting as the primary adviser on all aspects of the HR function. You will provide complex and strategic advice, support organisational change, deliver on-site support, and help shape your clients’ HR approach in line with their business goals. You will also contribute to training delivery, HR projects, policy development, and the overall client experience. The role requires sound judgement, confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced consultancy environment while providing clear, practical, legally compliant, and commercially focused HR guidance.
