HR Systems and Operations Officer
Camberwell & Beckenham, South London
Fixed-Term Agency Contract | 2 November 2026 - 31 July 2027
36 Hours per Week | Full Time or Term Time Plus Additional Weeks Considered

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an experienced HR Systems and Operations Officer on behalf of a highly regarded multi-academy trust in South London.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Trust's Every HR platform, working closely with senior leaders, Headteachers, payroll and external HR advisers to support efficient and compliant HR operations across multiple schools.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of the Every HR system.
• Manage employee data migration, validation and record maintenance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and safer recruitment processes.
• Prepare contracts, variation letters and HR correspondence.
• Monitor DBS checks, workforce compliance and employment records.
• Produce workforce reports, dashboards and management information.
• Provide HR systems and procedural support to managers.
• Work collaboratively with payroll, finance and external HR advisers.

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience in HR administration, HR systems or HR Officer roles.
• Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Desirable

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
• HRIS implementation experience.
• Experience within education, academy trusts or the public sector.
• Knowledge of safer recruitment and workforce compliance.
