HSE Advisor
Home-based (travel across the Midlands, Oxfordshire and South East)
Circa £45,000 + Company Car + Bonus and Benefits

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking for a varied, autonomous role supporting a high-profile client across the UK?

Irwin and Colton are delighted to be partnering with global leading facilities management organisation to recruit for a HSE Advisor. This home-based role will involve travelling to sites providing expert HSE advice and support to management, site teams and contractors.

Key responsibilities of the HSE Advisor include:

• Providing day-to-day HSE advice and guidance to management, site teams, contractors and HSE Coordinators.
• Conducting audits, inspections and investigations, ensuring corrective actions are identified and effectively implemented.
• Supporting the implementation and continual improvement of the HSE Management System, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Working closely with internal management and senior stakeholders to promote a positive HSE culture

A successful HSE Advisor will have:

• Up to 5 years' experience working in a Health and Safety advisory position, ideally within an FM, facilities or complex corporate environment.
• A NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification is essential with candidates working towards or holding a NEBOSH diploma desirable.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
