HVAC / AHU Sales Manager UK
UK Wide (Midlands to South Focus)

£60,000–£70,000 Basic + Bonus
OTE: £100,000+
Home Based | 3 Days on the Road | Company Car or 10% Allowance

About the Company

Our client is a long-established, family-run British HVAC manufacturer, expanding its refurbishment and site services division due to strong demand and a growing project pipeline.

The Role

A brand-new role with a £20M+ pipeline and established key accounts, focusing on AHU refurbishment and aftermarket projects.

• 75% existing business / 25% new business
• UK coverage (mainly Midlands to South)
• Home-based, 3 days on the road

You’ll carry out site surveys, identify upgrade opportunities, and work with technical teams to deliver tailored refurbishment solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC / AHU technical background (min. 4 years)
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
• Sales experience helpful but not essential
