Apex Resources is hiring an Industrial Recruitment Manager for our London office.

If you're an experienced 360 Industrial recruiter with a strong billing history, a proven ability to win new business and the ambition to build something of your own, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

The Opportunity

We already have an established Industrial desk operating across Warehousing and Production, which will be inherited by the successful candidate.

Further opportunity is to:

• Take ownership of an established Industrial desk
• Grow existing clients and win new business
• Expand into new areas of the Industrial market
• Build and develop your own team of recruiters
• Lead from the front and drive the division's growth
• Progress into a senior leadership position as the division grows

You will have full UK market access, meaning you can target and develop business anywhere in the UK without being restricted to a set territory.

You'll also have full business support behind you, including:

Job Boards | Payroll | Credit Control | Resourcing | Candidate Database and more

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced 360 Industrial Recruitment professional with a proven track record of billing and winning new business.

You should have experience recruiting into one or more of the following markets:

• Warehousing
• Production
• Maintenance
• Manufacturing
• Industrial

Most importantly, you'll need the commercial mindset and ambition to grow a desk, win business and build a team around you.

The Package

• £38,000–£50,000 salary depending on experience
• Uncapped commission up to 25% flat
