Installation & Service Coordinator Location: Chesterfield

As the Installation & Service Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact between customers, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring jobs are scheduled, communicated and completed efficiently. No two days are the same, and you'll thrive on balancing multiple priorities while keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities of the Installation & Service Coordinator:

• Plan and schedule installation and service visits, allocating work to the appropriate engineers
• Coordinate subcontractors, confirming attendance dates and associated costs
• Monitor outstanding service jobs to ensure work is completed within agreed timescales
• Liaise with customers, site contacts and engineers to arrange appointments, site access and any equipment requirements
• Raise equipment dispatch requests and monitor deliveries to ensure everything arrives on time
• Issue daily work instructions and job information to engineers
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and operational systems
• Manage enquiries through the Operations telephone line and shared inboxes
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders, escalating issues where required
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and scheduling efficiency

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and enjoys working in a busy coordination role. You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience within a scheduling, coordination, operations or customer service role
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers, engineers and internal teams
• A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems

It would be advantageous if you also have:

• Experience coordinating field-based engineers or subcontractors
• Experience within a service, installation or maintenance environment
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
