About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take responsibility for managing subcontract installation teams across South Wales, ensuring installations are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with customer and company expectations.
You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with homebuilders and main contractors, monitoring installation performance and driving continuous improvements across the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, manage and coordinate subcontract installation teams across South Wales.

Oversee kitchen installation projects from pre-start through to completion and sign-off.

Conduct pre-start, pre-fit and sign-off meetings.

Carry out site visits to monitor installation progress and quality.

Ensure installations meet required quality, safety and customer standards.

Monitor installation KPIs and subcontractor performance.

Identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimise delays and remedial works.

Develop and improve installation processes, procedures and SOPs.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with homebuilders, main contractors and subcontractors.

Work closely with the head office operations team to support efficient project delivery.

Contribute to continuous improvement and the ongoing growth of the installation operation.
Requirements / Skills:
-
Previous experience in field-based installation, contracts management or a similar operational role.

Experience managing subcontractors or installation teams.
-
Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Confident working across multiple sites and managing competing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
-
CSCS or SSSTS qualification.
-
Full UK driving licence.
-
Willingness to travel throughout South Wales.
