INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR

LONDON

Park Avenue are pleased to partner with a London Borough who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 3-month contract.

This role will see you support a diverse estate - including allotments, retail parades, an airport, industrial warehouses, temporary accommodation, offices, plus much more!

You'll be focused on managing the landlord and tenant negotiations, with a key understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll cover rent reviews, lease renewals, boundary disputes, wayleaves, and can get involved on some of their acquisitions too!

• 2 days per week in office.
• MRICS is not essential.
• Local Authority is not essential.
• Access to a car is recommended.
