Interim Financial Controller – SAP S/4HANA Implementation

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fantastic manufacturing business based in South Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support the business through the final stages of a SAP S/4HANA implementation.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with the finance and operational teams to ensure the new system is successfully embedded while maintaining strong financial control and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the final stages of the SAP S/4HANA implementation and transition into BAU
• Ensure finance processes, controls and reporting are operating effectively within the new system
• Support data validation, reconciliations, testing and resolution of any post-implementation issues
• Oversee month-end reporting and ensure accuracy of financial information throughout the transition
• Work closely with operational teams across the manufacturing site, including costing, stock and inventory
• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and controls
• Provide hands-on support to the wider finance team during the implementation

Key Skills & Experience:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong Financial Controller / senior finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Previous SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience
