Job Description:

Interim Financial Controller

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Rate: £600/800 per day outside IR35
Duration: 6 weeks
Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to support a business through its year-end accounts process. There is a requirement for the candidate to have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We therefore need someone with strong, hands-on Business Central experience who can work pragmatically around system issues while ensuring the financials are accurate and complete.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting completion of the year-end accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Purchase and sales ledger
• Fixed assets
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Working around Business Central system issues
• Improving finance processes and controls where possible

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused assignment for someone who can hit the ground running, solve problems and bring structure to a challenging finance environment.
