Job Description:

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer, based on the outskirts of Cambridge, who are seeking an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a customer-focused role where you will play a key part in driving sales, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, accurately and professionally.

Key Duties:

• Develop new and existing customer relationships through proactive sales outreach, account management and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling, upselling and account development.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving queries where possible and ensuring they are followed through to completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records across CRM systems.

Previous Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or account management

• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
