Internal Sales Executive - Timber & Construction Products
Birmingham - office-based
£28-35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonus/Commission Potential

As Internal Sales Executive you will:

• Handle incoming sales enquiries, and follow up inbound sales leads generated through marketing campaigns and website enquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key contacts, providing product advice and support where required
• Identify opportunities to develop business within existing and emerging market sectors
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfilment

Do you have:

• Previous experience within a builder's merchant, timber merchant, trade counter, construction products supplier or similar environment or a genuine interest in timber, construction products or the wider construction industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone
• Organised and efficient approach to workload management
• Ability to manage quotations, enquiries and orders accurately
• Professional and personable manner with customers and colleagues
