Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building customer relationships and driving sales?
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
 
Working closely with both new and existing clients, you'll play a key role in generating business, managing enquiries and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound sales enquiries and converting opportunities
• Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of service
• Updating and maintaining CRM records
• Achieving individual and team sales targets

 
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements

• Previous experience in an Internal Sales, Sales Executive or Account Management
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Confident speaking with customers over the telephone and by email
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
