Internal Sales Executive
Camberley | £28,000 to £32,000 + Uncapped Commission | Monday to Friday

Talent Guardian is proud to be partnering with an established FMCG business that's continuing to grow year on year. They're looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive who wants more than just another sales role. They want someone who enjoys making things happen.

You'll inherit existing accounts to develop, but you'll also have the freedom to identify new opportunities, open new doors and build your own customer portfolio. Every day is different, and every conversation has the potential to become your next success story.

What your day could look like

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Conducting outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and secure appointments.
• Qualifying leads, identifying customer needs and creating sales opportunities.
• Achieving monthly sales, margin and growth targets.
• Upselling and cross selling additional product ranges to increase revenue.
• Working closely with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity using the CRM system.
• Producing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline and business activity.
• Monitoring key business metrics and contributing towards team objectives.
• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of sales activities.
• Supporting the wider sales team with any additional duties when required.

Who we're looking for

You'll be someone who enjoys talking to people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone and is motivated by achieving results.
You'll ideally have experience in:

• Internal Sales
• Sales Executive
• Business Development
• Telesales
• Account Management

You'll also have:

• At least one year's experience within a sales or commercial environment, ideally FMCG.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
• Confident IT skills with experience maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• A self motivated and proactive approach with a real desire to succeed.
• A Level education or equivalent is desirable.
