Internal Sales Executive

Hinckley
Up to £35,000 + 10% bonus
Monday to Friday | 1 day remote working

SF Partners are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a well established business based in Hinckley.

We are looking for a candidate with a background in B2B sales or account management who is confident in managing customer relationships, following up on opportunities, and working towards sales targets.

You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, and following these up to convert them into confirmed orders. Additionally, you will manage and develop existing customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients within the building and construction sectors.

Experience within construction or a related industry is advantageous, although full product and technical training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming enquiries from both new and existing customers
• Preparing and following up quotations to secure orders
• Proactively pursuing customers and outstanding opportunities
• Managing and developing existing customer accounts
• Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase sales
• Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information on the CRM system
• Providing basic product and technical advice following training
• Producing sales forecasts and supporting wider sales initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, internal sales, or account management
• Confidence in building and maintaining customer relationships over the phone
• Target-driven with a proactive and commercial approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in IT and CRM systems
• Experience within construction, civils, builders’ merchants, manufacturing, or a similar sector is desirable

• £35,000 basic salary
