Job Description:

Valenti Recruitment are working on behalf of a growing business in Middleton who are urgently looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join their team.

This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse operation, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of stock accuracy and control.

The Role

• Managing and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Leading PI counts and full stock takes
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Processing and managing stock journals
• Overseeing goods receipting / goods in processes
• Working closely with warehouse and operations teams
• Daily use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Inventory Controller / Stock Controller
• Strong working knowledge of Navision (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience with:
• PI counts
• Stock control processes
• Goods receipting
• Stock reconciliation
• Highly analytical and numerate
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
