IT Support Analyst - York (£30,000, 4 Days Onsite)

Location: York (4 days onsite)
Salary: £30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Log, prioritise and resolve service requests and incidents.
• Configure and deploy laptops, devices, and user accounts.
• Support Microsoft environments, endpoint management, and routine system maintenance.
• Assist with device rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and other IT projects.
• Escalate complex issues where necessary and follow support best practices.
• Contribute to IT documentation and knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support or IT Service Desk role.
• Strong Microsoft troubleshooting skills across desktop and server environments.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Exposure to Azure, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Good understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career within IT.
