Job Description:

IT Support Engineer | Dereham | 5 Month Contract

My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and general infrastructure issues
• Support technology updates and contribute to ITIL best practices
• Assist with additional IT projects and ongoing technical initiatives

IT Support Engineer Experience/Technologies:

• Windows 10/11 administration, troubleshooting, and end-user support
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Intune administration and support
• Active Directory administration and user/account management
• Ticketing system management and response to user support requests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The successful IT Support Engineer candidate will be commutable 5 days a week to Dereham.
