IT Support Technician (Progression to Graphics Technician)

£30,000-£40,000 + 3 annual Bonuses (Christmas, EOT and Profit Share) + Full Training + Regular Travel (20 weeks per year) + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you an IT Support Technician looking for an exciting and varied role within a global leader in Sports graphics, offering full training, regular international travel and a clear progression route into a Graphics Technician?

This company are a global leader in graphics for sports events including Euro League basketball and the Ryder Cup, they have seen continual growth since their establishment in the 1990s to the point they now have over 30 employees and are looking to further grow their team and diversify into new sectors.

This varied role will see you provide technical support across live sports systems before progressing into a Graphics Operator position. You will receive full training and travel to Golf and Basketball events around 20 weeks of the year, supporting live graphics, troubleshooting equipment and carrying out basic maintenance.

This role would suit an IT Support Technician looking for regular international travel, clear progression into Sports Graphics and the opportunity to increase their earnings through company bonuses.

The Role:

• Progress into a Graphics Operator position
• Travel to sports events globally - roughly 20 weeks per year
• Support Golf and Basketball projects and live events
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support live event equipment
• Basic maintenance and fault finding
• Work within project team - often being the go-to technical person on site
• Occasional later nights, with additional pay

The Person:

• IT Support, Technical Support or similar
• Happy to travel and stay away regularly - both in UK and internationally
• Commutable to Worcester
