IT Support Technician

Marsh Mills, Plymouth | £30,000 | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a varied role where you can combine hands-on technical work with customer support?

We're recruiting for an innovative technology company specialising in Body Worn Camera and cloud-based solutions. Working within a small, friendly and dog-friendly team, you'll support customers with installations, troubleshooting, device setup and ongoing technical support across a range of hardware, software and cloud-based systems.

The Role

• Providing 1st-3rd line technical support via phone, email, remote access and Teams
• Setting up, configuring and troubleshooting IT equipment and software
• Supporting Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
• Assisting customers with installations, updates and technical queries
• Delivering customer training and support
• Testing, maintaining and preparing devices for deployment
• Supporting networking, connectivity and system integration projects
  
  

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous IT support or IT technician experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Experience with hardware, software and device configuration
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Full driving licence preferred
