Job Description:

We’re hiring for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established consumer products business in Glossop on a month-Long temporary basis, with the possibility to go permanent.

What will you be doing as an IT Support Analyst?

• Providing first line IT support across the business
• Managing helpdesk tickets and service desk requests
• Setting up users, laptops, phones, permissions and licences
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID
• Managing device enrolment, compliance checks and app deployment
• Monitoring backups, logs, alerts and endpoint protection
• Supporting printers, warehouse systems, laptops and phones
• Creating user guides and keeping support documentation up to date
• Escalating risks, recurring issues and specialist support queries when needed

What will you need?

• Experience in an IT support or service desk environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Active Directory / Entra ID
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
• Basic understanding of networking and cyber security
• Ability to monitor systems including backups, logs and alerts
• Helpful, patient approach with strong communication skills
