Job Description

• Install, service, and maintain access control and security systems on client sites
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems including door entry, CCTV, and alarms
• Carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive callouts
• Commission new systems and ensure functionality and compliance
• Provide technical support and liaise with clients to ensure high service standards

Experience

• Minimum 1+ year experience working hands-on with electronics, access control, doors, or similar systems
• Able to work independently or as part of a team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Competent in using hand and power tools, with a strong awareness of health & safety
