Are you practical, hardworking and looking to build a long-term career in the air conditioning industry?

We're working with a leading and highly respected air conditioning specialist contractor to recruit a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn to start a career in a specialist trade, with full support every step of the way.

You'll work alongside experienced Senior Engineers from day one, gaining hands-on experience across commercial air conditioning systems while receiving structured training through the company's impressive in-house training facility. Once you've settled into the role, you'll be fully funded through your F-Gas Category 1 qualification after approximately 4-5 months, giving you the skills and qualifications to develop into a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.

You'll be working alongside experienced engineers, learning how to install, service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems across a variety of customer sites throughout London and the surrounding areas.

• Assist with planned maintenance and reactive repairs
• Learn fault-finding and diagnostic techniques
• Gain experience working on DX systems, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs and split systems
• Travel to commercial customer sites across London and the surrounding areas
• Mobile role with a fully equipped company van provided

• No previous air conditioning qualifications required
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn a skilled trade
• Practical and hands-on with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual and keen to develop
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
