Junior Building Services Engineer
A Building Services Maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Junior Building Services Engineer to join their successful team of engineers that service Commercial buildings. This position will cover sites in and around London

Junior Building Services Engineer will be:

• Junior Building Services Engineer will be covering sites in London and the surrounding areas
• Junior Building Services Engineer will be performing PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power
• Junior Building Services Engineer will benefit from a basic salary up to £36k + package

Junior Building Services Engineer will have:

• Junior Building Services Engineer will be eager to learn and progress their career.
• Junior Building Services Engineer will have experience and knowledge in building services
• Junior Building Services Engineer will be living within a commutable distance of London
• Junior Building Services Engineer will have an electrical or mechanical qualification and understanding of building services PPM's
• Junior Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £36k basic (dependent on experience) + package
• Junior Building Services Engineer must have a clean driving license and DBS check
