Junior Contract Manager (Progression to Estimator)
£55,000 - £65,000 + Company Benefits + Monday-Friday (Office-Based)

Are you a Junior Contract Manager from a roofing background looking to transition into Estimation within a specialist contractor offering full training and progression?

For over 30 years, this company has delivered specialist roofing solutions across the construction sector, building a strong reputation and generating over £3m in annual turnover.

In this office-based role, you will receive full training to develop into a fully-fledged Estimator, supporting the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to tender submission. Working closely with an experienced team, you will learn how to assess technical drawings and specifications, price roofing works, liaise with suppliers and clients, and produce competitive tenders for a range of specialist projects.

This role would suit a Junior Contract Manager or similar from a roofing background who is looking to move into Estimation and build a career within a well-established contractor offering training, progression, and project involvement.

The Role

• Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates for roofing projects
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to clarify requirements and pricing
• support projects through the full pre-construction process
