Graduate Civil Engineer (Training/Chartership)

£28,000 to £35,000 + Training + Chartership Support + Generous Holiday Scheme

Are you a Junior Mechanical Engineer or similar looking to join a specialist marine engineering company, offering full training, ongoing support and progression towards chartership?

This established and expanding engineering business has built a strong reputation for delivering projects across the marine and civil engineering sectors, working on a variety of marinas, ports and coastal infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join their talented team.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience across a range of projects whilst developing your technical skills through internal and external training courses. The company will provide full support towards professional qualifications, offering a clear pathway for progression into a senior engineering position.

This role would suit a Junior Mechanical Engineer or similar who is looking for structured training and career development, joining an experienced engineering team where they can develop their skills and build a long-term career within the marine engineering sector.

The Role:

• Supporting the design and delivery of mechanical engineering projects across the marine and civil engineering sectors.
