Junior Mechanical Field Service Engineer (Training/Progression)

£28,000 to £35,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Door2Door Pay + Private Use + Unlimited Overtime + Pension

Are you a Junior Mechanical Engineer or similar looking to kickstart your career within a specialist mechanical engineering company, working on exciting commercial projects while receiving hands-on training, mentoring and clear progression into a Senior Engineer role?

This company is a rapidly growing mechanical engineering specialist focused on the design, installation and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems, supplying into some of the newest hotels and buildings across Sussex. With an expanding project portfolio, they are investing in their people, offering structured training and direct mentorship from experienced Senior Engineers to support your development.

In this role you will be responsible for travelling to commercial sites across Sussex and occasionally London, carrying out air conditioning installation and maintenance work. You will receive a combination of in-house training and hands-on site experience, with a company van, fuel card and door-to-door pay provided.

This role would suit a Junior Mechanical Engineer looking to build a long-term career in the air conditioning industry, gaining valuable practical experience, developing their technical skills and progressing into a Senior Engineer position.

The Role:

• Installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems across Sussex
• In-house training and on-site mentorship from senior engineers
• Meet at office to stock up equipment before traveling

The Person:

• Junior mechanical engineer or similar
• Commutable to Brighton/Sussex
• Full clean UK drivers license
